Women in Management Awards

WIM Top50 Professional & Career Women Awards

About WIM Top50 Professional & Career Women Awards

Founded in 2011 by R. Sulochana Segera, the WIM Top50 Professional & Career Women Awards were created to shine a spotlight on the incredible pipeline of female talent shaping the world. More than just an awards program, this initiative has built a dynamic and influential community of women leaders who not only excel in their fields but also uplift and inspire the next generation of changemakers.

Now in its global phase, the Women in Management have a presence in seven countries, with award winners representing 29 nations. These women and the organizations behind them are recognized not just for their professional success, but for their impact—on communities, industries, and the world.

WIM UK Chapter

There are always more deserving individuals than there are awards to give. That is why this recognition is reserved for those who have truly made a difference—those whose work has changed narratives, created new possibilities, and brought honor and distinction to the UK, enhancing its reputation on the global stage.

Nominate a Changemaker

If you know someone who stands out for their exceptional achievements and transformative contributions, we invite you to nominate them. Whether through innovation, leadership, advocacy, or community service, nominees should exemplify the values of progress, integrity, and empowerment.

About the Trophy

The WIM Top50 Award Trophy is a distinctive symbol of excellence and a registered trademark owned by Women in Management. Crafted from Dolomite stone, each trophy is hand-carved in the historic kingdom of Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka, reflecting the strength, resilience, and timeless beauty of women leaders.

Every trophy is individually registered and engraved with the winner’s name, making it a unique and personal recognition of achievement. Exported under a licensed process held exclusively by WIM, the trophy is not only a mark of prestige—but also a meaningful piece of Sri Lankan heritage.
