Keeping this in mind, she started a national‐level, non‐governmental organization, representing the businesswomen across India as the Founder President of the Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs (FIWE) in the year 1993. The Federation is an apex body of women entrepreneur’s spread across the nation having 24 member associations representing over 12000 women entrepreneurs of India.
Rajni Aggarwal, a Doctorate in Global Leadership and Management from European International University and a course on Business Management from Helsinki School of Economics, Awarded an Accredited Professional Certificate on Gems and Jewellery by Gemmology Institute of America (GIA).
